Truffle Taramasalata is a smooth fish dip made from salted cod's roe. We've added NZ truffle infused olive oil to find the perfect balance of lingering earthy flavours which rounds out the salty notes of the fish.
Serve with crackers, spread on crusty bread, as a sauce in fish tacos and more!
