We've taken our authentic Taramasalata recipe and added a NZ truffle infused olive oil to find the perfect balance of a lingering truffle flavour, rounding out the saltiness of the cod's roe. Serve on toast with a poached egg, as a dip with crackers or as a sauce in fish tacos.
