Chilli Elaiasalata wins Silver!

We’re proud and so excited to share that our Chilli Elaiasalata has won the Silver award in the Chilled/Deli Category of the Inspire NZ Artisan Awards 2025!

                         

Chilli Elaiasalata is our latest dip we launched earlier this year at food shows across the country. We use green olives from Greece and whip them at a high speed with other ingredients into a light, smooth dip (or spread) that is simply divine! Some may remember our original version was a finalist in the NZ Artisan Awards in 2020.

To add the heat, we use our own signature chilli marinade which gives a warm tingle on the tongue - the perfect amount of spice! 

Divine on crackers, fresh bread and toasted pita, dolloped on vegetables and fish or stirred through pasta, our Chilli Elaiasalata is a versatile dip we hope you all enjoy.

Also, we send a big congratulations to other winners in our category, Aoraki Salmon (Gold) and Farmers Market Bone Broth (Bronze), and all other finalists and winners in this years awards.
